When you book a lesson through TidyCal, you provide the information required to arrange your booking. Payments are processed online through Stripe. GoWest Driving School does not ask you to enter payment card details into its website’s contact form.

Our website and the services used to operate it may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and cookies, as part of providing and securing their services.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and provide driving lessons, communicate about bookings, process payments through our payment provider, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use the website contact form to sign visitors up to a newsletter.

4. Third-party services

Our website is built and hosted using Hostinger. We use TidyCal for online bookings and Stripe for online payments.

These providers may process information as part of delivering their services. Their handling of personal information is also governed by their own privacy policies. You can review those policies on the providers’ websites.

We have not connected Google Analytics or Meta Pixel through Hostinger.

5. Disclosure of information

We may share information with service providers where necessary to operate the website, manage bookings or process payments. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.

We do not sell customers’ personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we handle. Information may be stored or processed by the third-party services described above. No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure.
